Over 25 years, I’ve written 24 books. Built a multi-million dollar brand. Appeared on Lifetime, Gaia, Coast to Coast AM. Taught tens of thousands of students. And through all of it, the thing I’ve loved most is sitting across from someone and helping them see what they can’t see yet.

The Apprenticeship is the most intimate thing I offer. One person. One year. We work together on your thing – your book, your course, your workshop series, your brand. Not theory. The real thing, built and launched, with me beside you every step.

Write, develop, and publish your book with Sunny guiding the process – from concept and structure through writing, editing, and launch strategy. She’s published 24. She knows the path.

Create a Course or Certification

Design and build a transformational online course or certification program – from curriculum architecture to content creation, platform setup, and enrollment strategy.

Design a Workshop Series

Develop and deliver your own live workshop series – learning facilitation, audience engagement, pricing, and promotion from someone who’s been teaching live for over two decades.

Every apprenticeship is custom, but the arc follows a proven rhythm – from deep immersion to independent creation to confident launch.

Shadow, Absorb & Define

Shadow Sunny in workshops, client sessions, and business operations. Access the full SOL course library. Define your signature project scope and timeline together.

-Months 3-5 · Creation-

Build With Direct Feedback

Bi-weekly 1-on-1 sessions focused on your project. Develop content, curriculum, or manuscript with real-time feedback. Begin testing material with SOL students or your own audience.

-Months 6–8 · Refinement-

Polish, Practice & Prepare

Refine your project based on feedback. Develop your marketing and launch strategy. Practice facilitation, teaching, or presentation with Sunny’s coaching on delivery and presence.

Step Into Your Own Light

Launch your signature project with Sunny’s support. Establish your independent brand presence. Receive your Certificate of Completion and a personal letter of recommendation from Sunny Dawn Johnston.

Shortlisted candidates have a personal conversation with Sunny to explore alignment, discuss the signature project vision, and determine if this is the right fit for both of you.

Begin Your Apprenticeship

If it’s a mutual yes, we’ll set your start date, define your project scope, and begin. Your transformation starts the moment you commit.
